Chain Maille

Chain Maille was originally developed by the Celts and was used as a form of armour. Today, the principle of Chain Maille is used to produce intricate jewellery designs using Sterling silver jump-rings. There are many designs available that can be crafted into necklaces, bracelets, pendants or earrings. Our Sterling silver jump-rings – the basis of the jewellery, are hand-crafted here in West Yorkshire, from half-hard solid sterling silver wire. We use special tooling to ensure accuracy and the best quality. Chain Maille Sterling silver jump-rings are also available for general sale to those wishing to make their own jewellery.
