Payment
All orders are to be paid for in full prior to despatch.
Delivery
All goods that are “in stock” will be dispatched with 48 hours from receipt of order. However, please appreciate that all goods are handmade and some are individually created to order. Such items will be normally dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the order.
Please note that there maybe an extended delay if it a very busy period, such as at Christmas time.
You will be informed of any delay and you may also state a “need by date” on your order. We will make every effort to fulfil your requirements.
Disclaimer
We go to great lengths to ensure that our photography reflects our finished goods accurately. However, due to all goods being handmade there may at times be very slight variations from the pictures shown online.
Hallmarks
All items that are required to be hallmarked are independently marked for fineness at the nearest Assay Office, including all items over 7.78 grams.
